Before the announcement, everyone must prepare the following foods in advance: 1 fragrant wheat (about 600g), 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of edible salt and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.
Step 1: First, put the wheat tray into water and break it by hand, then clean the soil above the wheat tray and wash it several times. After washing, grab it directly with your hands, knead it into pieces, put it in a bamboo basket to drain the water, then pat the garlic flat and put it with wheat and vegetables for later use!
Step 2: Put the oil into the pot and boil it. When there is a little more oil, the ambient temperature must be high enough. Then put the wheat and garlic into the pot and stir fry quickly. Because there is more water on wheat and vegetables, a lot of water will continue to be discharged after heating. Don't worry, stir fry quickly for 40 seconds!
Step 3: After the wheat becomes loose, add 1 tbsp of edible salt, stir-fry quickly again 1min, and stir-fry the edible salt evenly.
