Sanya Shenzhen Airlines Holiday Travel Agency (Hotel Reservation), I took a break from my busy schedule and had a chance to travel to Sanya. I have a little experience, which I would like to share as follows: 1. Experience Personally, I believe that the ultimate purpose of traveling is to relax and gain happiness.
Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a good attitude when going out.
First of all, many people like to read guides. In addition to understanding the situation, the most important thing is to prevent tourist traps.
This is sweetness, and that is arsenic.
What we call tourist traps are profits for travel agencies or local tourism practitioners.
We must strongly oppose and ruthlessly expose traps that harm our interests; however, we must not be so "smart" that others lose any profit. Besides, limited traps are unavoidable for us, just like self-funded projects with group tours, you always have to spend a certain amount of money.
Two, maybe. If you know that the shellfish processing at the seafood stall costs 3 yuan each, you should just let him process it.
Secondly, don’t look for traps everywhere and have strict requirements on everything when you go out.
As mentioned above, tourist traps are everywhere. To make yourself happy, as long as it is not too excessive, just turn a blind eye or close your eyes. Others have to support their families, right?
We go out to have fun, not to find trouble.
Give up a little profit, everyone is happy.
Generally speaking, the citizens of Sanya are warm and kind.
Finally, “you get what you pay for” is an eternal truth!
Especially for accommodation, an accommodation costing 200 yuan more per night will not only give you a comfortable sleep, but also full energy and a beautiful face the next day.
No one wants to take pictures everywhere with dark circles under their eyes.
Regarding accommodation issues, see below for details.
2. Equipment. Many of the equipment guides for going to Sanya are relatively complete. I will only talk about my own additions here!
Clothing: If you go to the beach for outdoor barbecues or bars at night, long sleeves are a must.
Try to prepare clothes that are made of quick-drying fabrics and have bright colors that are easy to photograph.
Trousers made of quick-drying fabric are very practical for outdoor use. Wear long trousers when going out in the early morning when it’s a little cooler. There are many mosquitoes on the island, and they can also protect you. It’s extremely convenient to remove the trousers when it gets hot at noon or when you’re treading water on the beach.
Besides, the price of two pairs of pants is also very good, so you can save one piece of luggage!
Slippers are good for walking, but it is inconvenient to go to scenic spots. We have seen N pairs of slippers that were worn out and were still on the side at the scenic spots.
Beach shoes are safe and practical, but they are not very beautiful and need to be cleaned every day to avoid odor.
Crocs sandals are now available in smaller and cute styles. They dry quickly, but I’m not sure how comfortable they are.
Sunscreen: It is recommended to use special cleansing oil for sunscreens with SPF30 or above. Ordinary cleansers cannot clean high-power sunscreen products (especially waterproof and anti-sweat products). When the weather is hot, pores will be clogged and acne will affect the photo effect.
Opalai has a sunscreen cleansing oil (orange plastic bottle) for 90 yuan, which is moderately priced and works well.
Don't use a sun umbrella when going to the beach. The wind is strong, which is not conducive to taking photos and posing.
It is best to buy a hat with a fabric tie and a deeper top. Straw hats or shallow tops are easy to blow away.
Towels: If you can bring them, bring your own. Even high-end hotel towels and bath towels are shared.
Even if we believe in the professional ethics of most hotel cleaning staff, according to industry insiders, there is no 100% guarantee.
In particular, women should take care of themselves and pay attention to hygiene.
Small discomforts can affect your mood while traveling.
Also, get yourself a bar of soap.
Snacks: Sanya Supermarket has a wide range of items, so you don’t need to bring too many things.
You can bring some special snacks.
We brought a few small bags of Kangding yak meat. A small gift to the hotel service staff will make you see a sincere smile every day when you go out.
3. Regional Overview Sanya can be roughly divided into four regions: downtown, Sanya Bay, Dadonghai and Yalong Bay.
(1) The city center of Sanya is small in size, with Jiefang Road as the north-south central axis. All stations, shopping malls, supermarkets, and food are located on both sides of Jiefang Road.
There is a large flow of people in the urban area both during the day and at night, there are many vendors on both sides of the street, and the order on the scene is relatively chaotic.
But from another perspective, it is also a manifestation of the city’s developed tourism industry.
The transportation is convenient. There are many buses and buses. If you don't need to take a taxi to places outside the city, it only takes less than half an hour to walk the entire Jiefang Road.
In Sanya City, there are more outsiders than locals. Taxi drivers, bus drivers, and conductors are basically all from the Northeast.
Shopping malls: Yifang Department Store, XX Plaza (forgot the name, it’s right next to Yifang Department Store), Pearl Plaza.
The layouts of shopping malls are similar, with Pearl Plaza being larger.
The first floor is full of cosmetics and pearls, but the rosewood counters are only available on the first floor of Pearl Plaza.
Rosewood is a specialty of Hainan. I used to buy rosewood bracelets (usually worn by men) in Haikou. They were medium-sized and priced at more than 400 yuan. You can negotiate the price to about 150 yuan. However, things in Sanya may be more expensive.
As for pearls, you must buy them in shopping malls. The discounts in Sanya are not as low as in Haikou.
Pedestrian Street: It is equivalent to Chunxi Road in Chengdu. There are clothing stores on both sides and stalls selling handicrafts in the middle. There is a "Watson's" at the entrance of the pedestrian street.
If you are tired of shopping, you can order a pot of Hainan specialty tea "Lan Guiren" at the "Xianji Forest" (Sanya version of Xianzong Forest) at the corner of the street. It costs 48 yuan per pot. It has a bitter taste and a sweet aftertaste, which can relieve the heat.
