How to get to Taiping Peak
It is the first choice for ordinary people to go up and down the mountain by cable car.

Taiping Mountain is located in the central and western areas of China and Hongkong. It refers to the Taiping Mountain in Hong Kong, and generally refers to the "peak of Taiping Mountain", so it is called the top of the mountain for short by Hong Kong people. Taiping Mountain, known as "Hard Head Mountain" and censer peak in ancient times, is the highest peak on Hong Kong Island at an altitude of 554 meters.

Geographically and historically, Taiping Mountain covers a large hilly area east of Longhu Mountain, north of Bofulin and west of Majixia. This can be confirmed from the architectural historical documents of Taipingshan Street and Sheung Wan Peak. Later, the foot of Taiping Mountain was divided into Central and Sheung Wan, and developed into a central business district. The mountainside is called the Mid-Levels, which is a noble residential area. The top of the mountain has become the residence and mansion of the rich and some foreign envoys, and has been developed into a tourist attraction in modern times.
