Preparation materials: dark chocolate 150g, unsalted butter 15g, whipped cream 60g, rum 10g, and cocoa powder 20g.
1. Divide the dark chocolate into small pieces for melting, pour in the light cream, heat the chocolate bowl in hot water to melt it, and then stir it evenly.
2. Add butter and stir until it melts.
3. Pour in rum, stir well, cover and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
4. Before plastic surgery, use ice cubes to lower the temperature of your hands (or soak them in ice water), put on disposable gloves, scoop a spoonful of chocolate on your hands with a spoon, and circle it slightly (not too long, otherwise it will easily stick to your hands).
5. After rounding, put it in cocoa powder and roll it around to remove it. Chocolate truffles can be eaten after they are frozen and hardened in the refrigerator.
