Dongpo pork is a delicious pork dish created by Su Shi when he was the deputy envoy of the Youth League Training in Huangzhou. In Song Dynasty, although the consumption of pork was large, its position in meat was not high. It is a dietary fashion in the Song Dynasty to value sheep and base pigs.

Brief introduction of Su Shi
