moo Shu pork
ingredients: lean meat, cucumber, carrot, fungus and eggs.
Practice:
1. Wash and slice cucumbers and carrots, and soak the fungus.
2. Slice the lean meat, add salt+a spoonful of cooking wine+an egg white and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Mix a juice: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce+1 tablespoon of oyster sauce+1 tablespoon of salt+appropriate amount of starch and a little water, and mix well for later use.
