When you arrive in Tibet, if you don't eat Tibetan food, drink butter tea or eat Ciba, it means that you haven't arrived in Tibet yet.
As soon as we went out, the crispy tea two years ago made us drool. After writing about the accommodation in Ranwuhu Town, we couldn't wait to go to the Tibetan restaurant to fulfill our wish.
As usual, Lin Ya and Xin Er take the lead in ordering food. We discussed and ordered butter tea, air-dried beef, mutton, shredded red pepper yak meat, Ciba, Tibetan noodles and yogurt.
When ordering, the waiter is not a Tibetan girl, but a very handsome old man. We were all shocked by him when we saw him. That old man is handsome and handsome!
I don't know how many Tibetan girls and Han girls I liked when I was young. Although his hair and beard are all white now, the first thing that attracts people's attention on his handsome face are two white moustaches, which are beautifully trimmed; His face is Chinese-style, without a wrinkle; Broad forehead and full heaven; The tall figure is still tall and straight, an authentic Tibetan man.

Sister Jun, Teacher Zhang, Ah Fan have not recovered yet, and they all don't want to eat Tibetan food, including Xin's father. He didn't have a rest the other night, and he sneezed and had a runny nose. He didn't want to eat Tibetan food, but he wanted to try it, and before they went out, they said that the minority was subordinate to the majority, so they didn't object. Xin's father ordered a bowl of highland barley Lamian Noodles himself.
These samples ordered this year are not expensive, but they are also delicious, especially the buttered tea that comes first, which goes from the tip of the tongue to the depths of the stomach. The thick smell of butter and the faint smell of tea made us a few unresponsive people almost drunk, and we felt extremely comfortable!
Xin-er and Lin Ya and I drank two or three bowls. We strongly encourage those who reply to have a taste. They picked up the bowl and tasted it. They think they can still drink, and the more they drink, the more fragrant they get. After drinking three pounds from the first pot, they added another pot. Finally, they drank three pots.
Air-dried beef and roast mutton are put at the front. Dried beef should be chewed slowly and carefully. The more you chew, the better it tastes. I packed it because I didn't have time to finish it. Roasted mutton was soft and fragrant, and it was all eaten. Ciba is fragrant, waxy and delicious. Many people can't eat Tibetan noodles. Xin 'er and I drank too much butter tea, and the roast mutton was full. We didn't eat yogurt, so we wanted to drink butter tea again, so we thought Tibetan noodles were delicious and we could only taste a few mouthfuls. After Xin's father's big bowl of noodles was served, several people thought his noodles were delicious, and they all picked out the noodles in his bowl, leaving their own noodles and soup.
At the end of the meal, the handsome old man came over and asked us how we ate. Does it taste good? We immediately gave a thumbs-up and said: delicious! Delicious!
He said: I knew at a glance that you were from Sichuan. In fact, he is also half a Sichuanese. His father is from Aba, and he is a Tibetan translator of warlord Liu. No wonder the old man really seems to have an extraordinary temperament.
He said, you are really good. You told me to dismount and watch the flowers. Eating delicious food carefully is also a way to travel.

He told us that butter tea is made of hot tea and butter. The butter here is that the heated yak milk is poured into a big wooden barrel named "Dongxue" and stirred up and down hundreds of times with a piston handle named "Jia Luo" until oil and water are separated. The oil on it is scooped up and cooled, which is ghee.
Cooking tea requires big tea from Emei in Sichuan or cooked tea from Pu 'er in Yunnan. Both kinds of tea are hot, because Tibet is cold, so hot tea is needed to increase the heat. After the tea is boiled, add butter to boil, and milk tea to boil.
He said that because Tibet is located in a cold area, it was impossible to grow vegetables before, and only a small amount of potatoes and onions could be planted where vegetables could be grown. You can supplement vitamins from all kinds of vegetables in the mainland, but Tibetans can only use tea instead to help digestion.
To this end, after I arrived in Lhasa, I went to the farmer's market to have a look. Now it is much richer, except potatoes, onions, celery, small round-headed radish and some green leafy vegetables. On the way, we also saw a greenhouse for growing vegetables.
Now there are Yunnan-Tibet Highway, Sichuan-Tibet Highway (Sichuan-Tibet South Road is National Highway 3 18, and Sichuan-Tibet North Road is under construction), Qinghai-Tibet Highway, Xinzang Highway, Qinghai-Tibet Railway and airplanes. Logistics is smooth and developed. Tibet should not lack all kinds of materials.
He said that Ciba is a staple food that Tibetans must eat every day. Tibetan women nourish their bodies with Ciba and butter after giving birth. They can also add butter tea to Ciba to feed their children.
He said that their Ciba is not only made of fried highland barley noodles, but also added with brown sugar, ghee and milk residue, which is especially nutritious and increases calories.
So when we leave, we pack all the leftovers and eat a little every day. Later, during my physiological period, it really worked. The journey was so tiring that I didn't feel sick at all.
We really want to take some Zanba and ghee home to eat slowly. Dad Xin said that one side can feed the other side and eat here. If we take it home, our bodies will be unbearable, the heat is too heavy, and we will have nosebleeds. What's more, we have to walk so far in Xinjiang, so we have to give up.
Leave some regrets, and you will have a reason to come again.
He also said that their Tibetan noodle soup was boiled with yak bones for several hours, which not only kept warm and supplemented calcium, but also was nutritious. Everyone of us heard that Tibetan noodle soup was so good that we quickly drank all the soup in the bowl.
Teacher Zhang heard about this function and quickly asked the waiter to heat all the soup in his bowl and ordered a bowl to drink it all. I really feel much more comfortable after drinking it.
The next day, she didn't respond at all. She said it was all due to butter tea and hot yak bone soup last night.
Xin-er said that as long as Aunt Zhang didn't suffer from altitude sickness, she would immediately hear her hearty laughter again.
