1. Ingredients: 400g white fish, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, half onion, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 egg, 2 tbsp corn starch.
2. Clean the white fish.
3. Cut each fish from the back of the fish body into two halves.
4. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper and chopped onions to the cut fish.
Marinate for 15 minutes.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and an egg to the marinated fish.
Mix well.
6. Heat the oil in the wok. When the oil is 5 minutes hot, put the fish in the pan one by one and fry until both sides are golden and cooked.
