One Thai pepper

How to make grilled garlic scallops?
Wash and remove the scallops
Mince the garlic and cut the green onion into small cubes
Cut the Thai pepper into small pieces with scissors Xiao Ding, because the skin is thick it is difficult to cut with a knife.
Stir-fry the minced garlic with oil. Be sure to use low heat because garlic is easy to burn. Stir-fry until it becomes fragrant and changes color.
Put the fried minced garlic, minced green onion and seafood soy sauce into it. . Stir the sugar, salt and oyster sauce together and pour it on each scallop. Remember to bring the garlic and green onion. Finally, put the Thai pepper on top
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, middle and upper layers Bake for 8 minutes and you can smell the fragrant aroma of garlic
Tips
Because there are children eating it, the spiciness is less. If you like spicy food, you can add it in the sauce. Add some Thai pepper to it and it will be very spicy, but very refreshing. Our family likes to eat them a little tender and juicy.
