Xin Kai Shopping Plaza is located at the present site of TEDA Citizen Square in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone. The planned land starts from Highway 4 in the south, reaches First Street in the north, Xincheng Road in the east and Xincheng West Road in the west. It covers a total area of about 6,543.8+0.5 million square meters and a total construction area of 6,543.8+0.958 million square meters. It is the largest pyramid-shaped single building of its kind in China, with a total of 15 floors, of which the underground floor is a parking lot and the ground floor is 14.
