It is recommended to wear sports shoes, and it is not recommended for the elderly and children to climb. You don't need to bring a parasol, so you can free your hands ~ you rarely get the sun during the whole journey, and you don't need it in the cave. After going out, there are a lot of trees and bamboo forests to shelter you, so you can bring a sun hat if you are afraid of the sun.
