Introduction to Nina Plaza

Nina Tower is the tallest building in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is located at 8 Yeung Uk Road in the west of Tsuen Wan. It consists of two commercial buildings with 88 and 42 floors respectively. The high tower is 318.8 meters high and the low tower is 163.7 meters high.

Thirty floors of the high-rise building are Grade A office buildings, while the remaining floors and the entire low-rise building provide hotel services. It is called L'hotel Seaview Hotel and Conference Center and is positioned as a four- to five-star hotel.

On the rooftop on the 89th floor of Nina Plaza, a stone mold of Nina's handprint left by Nina when she celebrated the topping out ceremony on April 16, 2005 was placed, symbolizing Nina's view of Chinachem Plaza in East Tsim Sha Tsui and most of Kowloon.
