2. operation steps:

(2) add mascarpone cheese into the yolk paste and stir well.

(3) Beat the whipped cream to 8% fat, add it into the egg yolk paste three times, and gently mix well.

(4) After the espresso is cooled, the lady finger is soaked and spread on the bottom of the mold.

(5) spread a layer of whipped cream yolk paste on the lady finger, and then spread a layer of lady finger, and repeat this step until the mold is full.

(6) put tiramisu in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, and then sprinkle with cocoa powder.
