Zhejiang Huangyan No. 1 Canned Food Factory was formerly known as Huangyan Canned Food Factory (enterprise code L51). It was founded in 1958 and was transformed into a joint-stock enterprise in 1997.

In 2004, Zhejiang Yimei Food Co., Ltd. (enterprise code L57) was jointly established with the Korean brand, specializing in the production of various types of fruit plastic cups and soft cans; in 2006, it invested in the construction of Xuzhou Dafeng Food Co., Ltd. in Peixian County, Jiangsu

(Enterprise code K51), mainly processing canned fruits such as peaches, apples, and pears.

It has been committed to becoming an outstanding agricultural product deep processing enterprise, and adheres to market demand as the guide, food safety and product technology innovation as the strategic commanding heights, and the integration of effective resources as a means to continuously increase the research and development of canned food production technology.

In 1997, the company began to implement the ISO9000:1994 quality management system and continuously improved the full-chain food safety traceability system from raw material planting, harvesting, storage and transportation, processing to consumer tables. In March 2005, it was listed as a nationally recognized product.

The National and Science and Technology Major Project (ISO/DIS22000) application pilot unit of the Supervisory Committee.

It has established a complete ISO22000 food safety management system; and has passed international food standard certification, British EFSIS third-party certification, KOSHER Jewish certification, and QS certification, etc.
