According to the relevant provisions of novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (9th Edition) and Notice on Further Optimizing COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures, According to the needs of current epidemic prevention and control work, it is decided to add some high-risk areas after expert judgment and research by the regional epidemic prevention and control headquarters, as follows:

1. Add high-risk areas

113 points in high-risk areas such as No.218 Bayi Road (see Annex 1).

II. Control measures

1. During the control period, "never leave home, on-site service" will be implemented to prevent people from going out and flowing. If it is really necessary to go out because of special circumstances such as medical treatment, the community will verify and register, and then make a point-to-point closed-loop round trip. Carry out health monitoring every day, and take measures such as environmental disinfection and room ventilation when staying at home.

2. The time limit for control is tentatively set at 5 days, and the corresponding frequency of nucleic acid detection is carried out as required. There are no new infections for 5 consecutive days, and all personnel in the risk area are negative after completing a round of nucleic acid screening on the 5th day, which is reduced to non-high risk area management.

3. During the period of control, all aggregation activities and business activities in the area will be suspended.

4. In principle, people from outside the area are not allowed to enter the area, and special personnel such as living security can keep away from living materials under the condition of good protection. All personnel in and out strictly carry out verification, code inspection, temperature measurement and registration.

5. Do a good job in psychological counseling and implement services such as material security and medical treatment for special groups; Standardize disinfection and garbage sorting and disposal.
