Ingredients: 500g ribs, 8-9 mushrooms, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, a few slices of green onion and ginger, 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, two star anise, Method 1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces
