Two-color wrinkled paper on both cheeks (one piece can make 1 to 2 flowers, preferably smooth)
paste
plastic cloth
Garbage bag belt
Steps:
Fold a piece of white crepe paper in half vertically and cut it into four short strips with a length of 3 cm and a width of 1 cm.
Spread the glue evenly on each short strip, wrap it around the stick, and stick it at equal distance from top to bottom to form a clean small cylinder.
At the top of each small roller, gently rub five delicate petals from the middle to both sides with scissors, and slowly roll up the edges to shape.
Draw a rectangle with yellow crepe paper (2-3 cm long, not too precise in width, because it can be cut to a suitable size), prepare to roll it up and fix it on the top of the petals with transparent glue.
Put each small cylinder on the plastic cloth in turn and color it according to the picture. In order to make purple more beautiful, it is suggested to paint a white background first, then evenly paint purple, and finally gradually deepen the color.
Apply a little PVA hair gel on the colorful central decorative element. And slowly roll up the yellow paper and fix it in the center of the flower, or wrap white thread around the yellow core until the core is deformed and wavy.
Wrap the petals around a stick and make a colorful tulip with ribbons and garbage bags.
These are the steps to make crepe paper tulip flowers. This process requires patience and care, but when you finish simulating tulips, you will feel a sense of accomplishment. Not only that, the beautiful crepe paper tulip I made myself has a wide range of uses, which can be used as decorations, gifts and so on.
