The Great Buddha Temple, formerly known as "Kasyapa Tathagata Temple" was named "Baojue Temple" by Xuande in the Ming Dynasty and "Hongren Temple" by Kangxi Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty. Because it houses the largest indoor clay sculpture reclining Buddha in China, it is also called the Great Buddha Temple.

A few years ago, I went to visit the Great Buddha Temple with my grandparents.
