Separate the egg white from the yolk, and be careful when separating. Don't let the yolk enter the egg white, not at all.
When all the materials are ready, we will start the first step. We pour one-third of the sugar into the egg yolk and stir it evenly with an eggbeater.
Step 2, pour the vegetable oil into the egg yolk liquid and stir well.
This is the egg yolk liquid after adding oil and stirring.
Step 3, add milk and mix well.
Step four, sift in the low-gluten flour and pour in the egg yolk paste.
The purpose of sieving low-gluten flour is to mix well with egg yolk liquid, and it is not easy to get pimples.
After sieving the low powder, stir it in a zigzag shape with a silicone scraper, and generally rotate the basin while stirring. The mixed yolk paste is very delicate as shown in the figure.
After the egg yolk paste is done, we will start to send the egg whites. You can preheat the oven to 170 degrees before sending out the egg whites.
Electric egg beater turned to low gear and began to beat the egg whites. The remaining sugar was poured into the egg whites three times. When the egg white can't see the liquid and there are thick bubbles, pour in one-third of the white sugar and continue to send it away.
When the big bubbles basically disappear, pour in one third of the white sugar.
Beat the egg whites until the lines just appear, and pour in the remaining sugar.
Continue to stir the protein until it hardens and bubbles.
Put the whip head vertically into the egg white and lift it vertically. When the egg white appears as shown in the picture, it has two upright small sharp corners. It's hard to foam, so be careful not to overdo it.
Next, mix the beaten egg white and yolk paste evenly.
Add one third of the egg white to the egg yolk paste and stir well.
Never stir in circles, otherwise it will easily defoam, resulting in the cake not growing tall.
Then add one-third of the protein to the egg yolk paste and mix well. Finally, add the remaining protein into the egg yolk paste and mix well.
Pour the prepared cake paste into an eight-inch cake mold prepared in advance. (The cake mold must be dried in advance) Put it in the middle and lower layers of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 55 minutes.
The baked cake embryo can be baked!
After taking it out of the oven, put it on the table (with a wet rag) and shake it gently, then immediately buckle it on the grill until it is completely cooled, and then demould it.

The 8-inch cake embryo is evenly divided into three layers.
500 grams of light cream with sugar (the ratio of cream to sugar is 10: 1), and it needs to be operated in an air-conditioned room in summer, and there should be ice water under the egg beater, so that it will not melt so quickly.
Spread some cream on the first layer of cake embryo and smooth it with a spatula, and then spread some pitaya on it.
Smooth the fruit with cream, and then put the second layer of cake embryo.
Repeat the previous steps and smooth with cream.
I put the mango on the floor.
Continue to smooth the mango with cream, and then put the third layer of cake embryo.
Take out the whipped cream from the refrigerator and cover the cake evenly with a spatula.
Then start paving dough and spread it evenly on the cake. It doesn't need to be laid flat, because if you put the fruit on it, it will disappear for a while. The side should be smoothed out slowly with a spatula. Hold the spatula perpendicular to the base of the cake with one hand, and quickly turn the decorating turntable with the other hand.
Next, evenly divide the cake surface into three equal parts with a spatula.
That's what it looks like It is much more convenient than drawing with toothpicks!
Prepare the paper installation nozzle. I use the paper mounting nozzle of Wheaton 2 1, with eight teeth.
Put the remaining cream into the piping bag, first make the edge, and then fill the middle line.
The bottom edge is the same as the top edge.
Start putting a pile of fruit! Fresh mangoes are very attractive!
Add pitaya and kiwi fruit.
Finally, put chocolate cards, lay tablecloths and prepare props.
