I personally think Xi'an is pretty good. It has the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, Qin Terracotta Warriors and Qin Shihuang Mausoleum, Shaanxi History Museum, and many universities. The main point is that prices are cheap and the climate is quite humid.
In some urban blocks, either because of special location advantages or because of the sharp vision of some businesses, more and more restaurants are opening here. Dozens or even hundreds of large and small restaurants are gathered together. The catering in this area is in the hearts of the citizens.
It also gradually became famous, so its popularity became more and more prosperous, and diners consciously or unconsciously called the streets in this area a "food street".
There are several such food streets in the ancient city of Xi'an: ■ Inside the city: Bell Tower Food Street Bell Tower Food Street is located in the most prosperous area of ??Xi'an, and of course it showcases the food culture with the most Xi'an characteristics.
Many time-honored famous restaurants are gathered here, such as Defachang Dumpling Restaurant and Tongshengxiang Restaurant in Bell and Drum Tower Square, Xi'an Restaurant, Lao Sunjia Restaurant, Wuyi Hotel, Chunfa Restaurant, and Xi'an Roast Duck Restaurant on East Street.
The old restaurants seem to be telling an ancient story.
The Muslim Street next to the Drum Tower is even more unique. These "approachable" small shops are either opened along the street or placed on the side of the road. Although the decoration is not luxurious, the furnishings are also very simple, with a few tables and chairs.
It tastes very authentic, with sour, spicy, numbing and sweet flavors, and the ingredients used in its preparation are also very sophisticated.
The nearly 300 kinds of Hui snacks are even more unforgettable and beautiful, such as beef and mutton steamed buns, Baiyunzhang dumplings, Jia Sanguan soup dumplings, Huanggui persimmon cakes, steamed pork with rice flour, mutton cakes, roasted lamb, sauce-braised products, etc.
At night, there is something special about strolling around the Muslim neighborhood and tasting delicious food.

■Chengnan: South Second Ring Road Food District After more than ten years of experience, Xi'an's South Second Ring Road has gradually formed a majestic golden dining area with a collection of famous stores and numerous cuisines.
Nowadays, brand catering companies from all over the country are gathered here, including popular snacks, hot pot shabu-shabu, home-cooked dishes, as well as top-notch dishes such as abalone, ginseng, wings, tripe, and swallow.
"Greater Hong Kong" and "Shunfeng" with southern flavor; "Sichuan and Chongqing" and "Guoli Renhe" with Bashu charm; "Donglaishun" with unique Beijing charm; "Little Sheep" from the prairie; and Shaanxi flavor and three
A "literary hero" who is a perfect interpretation of Qin folk customs... Many famous restaurants all contain rich cultural characteristics, and at the same time they also show Xi'an's openness to the outside world.
■City West: Xi'an Labor Road Food Street has half of the mid-to-high-end restaurants and mass restaurants, West Lake Famous City, Shaoxing Old Duck Restaurant, Hancheng BBQ, Qu Cui's Canned Chicken, Fangshangren, Shunfeng Golden Pavilion, Laoqi

■North of the city: Food Street on Weiyang Road in the north of the city. In recent years, with the economic development in the north of Xi'an, the catering industry here has also begun to rise. Many catering companies have arrived, and some well-known restaurants such as Lao Sunjia Restaurant and Ximeng Bairi Lamb Fang
, Yongming, Xilaishun, Renrenju, Dingdingxiang, Bairenwang, etc. have also opened their own branches here.
This not only provides more convenient conditions for diners in the north of the city, but also accelerates the vigorous development of the catering market in the north of the city.
