No. 106 Main Street 2. School Introduction Hebei Science and Technology Normal University is a provincial general institution of higher learning with the right to grant master's degrees. It is located in the coastal tourist city of Qinhuangdao City.

The school was founded in 1941, began to offer higher education in 1975, began to recruit undergraduate students in 1977, and obtained the right to award master's degrees in 2006.

The school is one of the first batch of national key vocational teacher training bases of the Ministry of Education, a national-level entrepreneurship training base for science and technology commissioners of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one of the first batch of transformation and development pilot institutions in Hebei Province, and an innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstration university in Hebei Province.
