There are many amazing delicacies in my hometown. This is the hometown of the Hui people and they all have halal delicacies.
Let me introduce them to you one by one.
1. Beef segments with pepper.
Ingredients: beef tenderloin, one egg, starch, pepper, garlic, salt, soy sauce, water starch, chicken essence.
Method: Take a small amount of starch and set aside, slice carrots and green peppers, cut beef into strips, put the meat strips into the prepared starch, and wrap them evenly.
Heat oil in the pot. When the oil boils, add the meat strips and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil. Add a little vinegar and salt to the pot. Fry the meat strips again, then add carrots and green peppers.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the pan and take out a ladle.
2. Ingredients for dry stir-fried vegetarian potato chips: potatoes, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, dried chili peppers, salt, sugar, and light soy sauce.
Method: Wash the potatoes and cut them into 6-8 mm thick strips. Soak them in water for a while to wash off the starch on the surface of the potato strips.
Then mince the ginger and garlic, cut the peppers into pepper rings and set aside; heat the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of oil when the pan is hot, add the potato strips and stir-fry when the oil is hot; stir-fry until the potatoes are slightly golden brown, remove and drain the oil
Set aside; leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, add seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant; add potato strips and stir-fry for a while; add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly; add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar and MSG and stir-fry evenly before serving.
It is best to wash the cut potato strips to remove the starch on the surface so that they can be fried.
