Method: 1. Put the green beans in boiling water until overcooked, take them out and set aside. Cut the red pepper into small pieces. 2. Cut the pork into small cubes. Add salt, corn flour, dark soy sauce and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes. 3. Heat oil in the pot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry.
Stir-fry, add the meat and stir-fry until cooked, add green beans and red pepper and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
