Steps of making water-boiled wonton
1. Prepare the materials as shown in figure
2. Chop the water-boiled bamboo shoots, stir them with minced pork, then add the seasoning and marinate them for taste
3. Prepare a small bowl of clear water and put a pinch of meat in the middle of the wonton skin.
4. Apply a little water on the edge of wonton skin, fold it in half and stick it together.
5. Pinch the bottom two corners together with some water to finish
6. Boil a pot of water and serve wonton. After floating, order water twice, finally add laver and green vegetables, adjust salt, white pepper, sesame oil and chicken essence, and take out the pot.
