1. First pick the fresh green beans into segments. Remember to pinch off the fascia at both ends, clean them and filter out excess water.
2. Crush the garlic and chop into fine pieces, chop the ginger into fine pieces, and cut into pieces the dried chili peppers.
3. Heat the pot, add cold oil to the pot, put the green bean segments into the pot, light the fire and start to stir-fry slowly over low heat.
For about 10 minutes, stir-fry the green beans until soft and cooked.
4. Remove the green beans from the pan, leaving the base oil, turn to high heat, add dried chili peppers, minced garlic, and minced ginger and stir-fry until the spicy flavor develops.
5. Put the cooked green beans into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add a small spoonful of soy sauce, a small spoonful of salt and a small spoonful of MSG and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
