Lin Shuwei is now the director of kitchen operation of Chengdu Century Paradise International Hotel, and also the top 5 best chefs in China and the top 5 best executive chefs in China selected by Unilever.

Lin Shuwei, male, chef, specializes in Sichuan cuisine and Cantonese cuisine. He is currently the ambassador of expert chef in Greater China of InterContinental Hotels Group and the deputy secretary-general of Chengdu Cuisine Capital Promotion Association.
