Practice of pure fresh sesame sauce

4. Put the cooking cup on the main machine, turn on the power supply, turn the speed control knob to 10, and turn the speed control switch to "high speed" to start stirring. When stirring, gently squeeze sesame seeds around the cup wall with a stirring rod to assist in stirring. At 30 seconds, the sesame seeds at the bottom began to paste, and at 1 minute, the sesame seeds were basically completely paste.
5. After stirring, pour the sesame paste out of the cooking cup. Because sesame paste is sticky, it can be scraped out with a silicone scraper. If the sesame paste can't flow out completely, you can add fruits and vegetables or rice and appropriate amount of water into the cup and stir at high speed 1 min, so that you can make full use of the remaining sesame paste and make a new formula.

Cooking tips
1, white sesame is suitable for sauce, black sesame is suitable for dietotherapy, or white sesame and black sesame can be mixed according to 1: 1 to make black and white sesame sauce;
