Mix the prepared sweet potato starch with cold water, not too much water and no pimples.
Chop onion, ginger, garlic and coriander.
Boil water in the pot, add sweet potato vermicelli, cook until soft, and then put it in a box to filter out the water.
Put the prepared onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, salt and thirteen spices into the cooked vermicelli, pour in the prepared starch and stir well.
Put it in a grinding tool or a basin and steam it for 50 minutes.

Be sure to use the best sweet potato vermicelli. I made sweet potato starch myself, but I won't use corn starch and potato starch.
