Northeastern Stew
Ingredients:
Potatoes, eggs, meat, green onions, vermicelli (any vermicelli will do), seasonings
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add pork, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, add water.
2. Add potato strips and vermicelli, add one and a half spoons of salt, one and a half spoons of MSG, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add four liquid eggs into the pot, simmer over low heat for one minute, and it’s ready. The eggs are tender and smooth.
