The Sichuan Gourmet Association was officially approved by the state and is composed of cultural celebrities, food critics, food research experts, food cooking experts, food management experts, food educators and food connoisseurs from all walks of life in Sichuan Province who are enthusiastic about food culture.

It is a cross-industry non-profit professional organization voluntarily formed by key entrepreneurs in the industry.
