Production method: 1. After finishing, beat in 4 eggs. In order to help the eggs beat, you can place a plate at the bottom. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the plate and beat until there are small bubbles in the bowl, as shown in the picture.
Add 50 grams of powdered sugar at one time and beat while turning the bowl.
2. Beat until the egg liquid in the basin turns white, then lift the egg beater, use the egg liquid on the egg beater to draw an "8" on the surface, and then count down for 8 seconds, as long as "8"

7. Prepare 2-3 oranges and put them in a basin, then pour in an appropriate amount of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and give them a good scrub, because we need to eat the orange peels.
Wash and rinse, then cut into thin and even orange slices for later use; preheat the rice cooker in advance, then evenly apply a layer of butter on the bottom and side walls of the pot, then sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar on it, and then add the oranges
Place slices on the bottom of the pot at a time and set aside.
8. Pour the mixed batter into the rice cooker from a high position, then shake it hard twice to knock out all the bubbles inside, and put it directly into the rice cooker.
9. If the rice cooker has a cake mode in the program, we can directly select the cake mode. If not, we can select a rice cooking mode, which takes about 45 minutes.
There is an important point here, that is, do not open the lid during the whole process. Don't rush after it is cooked. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes and wait for the heat to dissipate before opening the pot.
