braised yuba with curry mutton
curry can stimulate appetite, promote blood circulation and achieve the purpose of sweating, so people especially like to eat curry dishes in hot areas. Curry powder was added to mutton to remove the smell of mutton. The flavor in mutton is more prominent, and the appetite is not greasy. Appropriate addition of some yuba makes people put down chopsticks, and the oily aroma of mutton permeates the soft yuba, which is really a wonderful taste bud touch.

1. Punch the hole in the lamb chops with toothpicks, so that it is easier to taste when curing the lamb chops;
