The most common food after coming to the United States is all kinds of fast food pizza. It is the first choice food for small activities, lunches when you don’t have time, and lunches organized by various schools. American pizza has a thin base and enough cheese.
It's full (you've tried Chicago's famous thick-bottomed pizza, so I prefer thin pizza), and it's topped with Italian sausage/mushrooms and the like, and it tastes great. Basically, I love it.
Until I went to eat pizza with an American friend, she said she wanted an X pizza, "extra hot, please" (actually, the pizza she chose was heated for a longer time, so the bottom would be crispier than usual).
I followed the trend and ordered a piece, sprinkled with cheese powder and spices, it was great!
The pizza edges that I didn’t like to eat before are now crunchy and chewy.
