Hongqiao Mutton, a famous dish in Touqiao Town, Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is rich in Hongyang Road Food Street in Touqiao Town (formerly Touqiao Town, Hanjiang District) and is the birthplace of this local famous dish. Hongqiao, formerly known as Black Bridge, is located in the southern area of Jintouqiao Town. Since/kloc-0 changed from black bridge to red bridge in April, 960, Hongqiao mutton got its name.
