Pei County is located in the northwest of Jiangsu Province and Xuzhou City, at the junction of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui provinces, bordering Weishan County and Yutai County in Shandong Province in the northwest, Fengxian County in the west and tongshan district in Xuzhou City in the south.
Area 1576 km2. It is located at 34 degrees 28 minutes to 34 degrees 59 minutes north latitude and 1 16 degrees 4 1 minute-17 degrees 09 minutes east longitude, with a total area of 1576 square kilometers.
Pei county is rich in water resources. The main rivers in the east-west direction are Yangtun River, Yanhe River and Lukou River. The main rivers in the north-south direction are Dasha River, Yaolou River, Longkou River, Xupei River, Subei Dihe River and Shun Di River. The groundwater reserve is about 2.2.1900 million cubic meters.

The hometown of famous ancient and modern "Five Talented Men" (,Wang Ling, Guan Ying), such as Sishuiting, Gefengtai, Dafeng Gebei, Liulijing, Han Gaozu Ancestral Temple, Luyuan Menshe, Lu Cemetery, Weishan Lake Fishing Village, Weishan Lake Qiandao Wetland and Binjiang Han Culture Scenic Area, is about ten kilometers away from Peicheng.
There are many historical sites in the territory, such as Yan Tomb (No Gugu) (one of the two adherents of Xuzhou in Qing Dynasty), Zhang Zhenguan Tomb, Xiaoming Building, Sanbei Pavilion, Huling City Site, Qishan Han Tomb, Chenghuang Temple Monument and other historical sites that need to be developed and utilized urgently.
