Tuesday:
1. Breakfast: 5 grams of cake, 2 grams of stem rice and 1 grams of black rice.
2. Chinese food: rice, braised tofu, 65g of rice, 6g of tofu, 25g of minced fresh meat, 5g of laver and shrimp skin, 1g of eggs.
3. Noon: 1g of fruit.
4. Dinner: rice, Yangzhou fried rice, 65g of rice, 15g of eggs, 1g of ham, 1g of bean rice, 1g of carrots, 1g of Pleurotus ostreatus, 1g of fresh meat and 1g of tomatoes.
Wednesday:
