From 4th to 6th, 2008, the 3rd Youth Poetry Conference of Henan Province was held in Puyang, which gave me the opportunity to go into Puyang and learn about Puyang.

Along the way, the scenery is endless.

The footsteps of spring have already walked in front of me, let me join hands with the spring breeze and bathe in the spring light.

The streets in Puyang are clean and the air is fresh. My first impression was very good.

This poetry meeting was specifically organized by the Puyang Poetry Society, with strong support from relevant departments such as the Propaganda Department of the local government’s National People’s Congress, CPPCC Literary and Art Circles and Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wang Guoqin, the executive president of the Provincial Poetry Society and the Minister of Youth Department. Some young poets in the province were invited to discuss issues related to poetry style, style, rhyme and other issues. It also attracted many local poets and even calligraphers and painters to participate in the meeting.

The meeting was a complete success.

During the meeting, we visited Puyang’s Zhongyuan Oilfield, Zhanghui Park, Qicheng, Pushang Garden, Green Manor and other related scenic spots.

Puyang's dignified and rich cultural heritage is dazzling and dizzying; its unique pastoral style is refreshing and lingering.

Especially in the beautiful season of spring, Puyang, full of wisdom and vitality, sometimes looks like a kind and wise old man with white hair and a childlike face talking to us cordially, and sometimes looks like a beautiful young girl in her prime. I feel pity for you when I see it.

Puyang’s delicious food can be tasted, and Puyang’s beautiful scenery can be appreciated.

However, the humor, intelligence and talent of Puyang people made me unforgettable.

Filled with witty words, Song Jigong from the County Transportation Bureau was down-to-earth and silent, Deng Xiaoli from the Pu Nai Group fell in love with him at first sight, and Hu Weiqing from the Zhongyuan Oilfield was high-spirited... I finally understood that it turned out to be the vice president of the Provincial Poetry Society.

Yan Zhen's outstanding talents all come from this fertile soil! Every familiar figure, every sincere face, in less than three days, I don't have a brilliant pen, how can I put everything into perspective?

However, the whole picture can be seen at a glance. The various unique personalities cannot hide the talents of Puyang people. From their bodies, we can imagine the profound cultural accumulation of Puyang.

While eating, I met a local poetry friend who was looking for Ding Meng.

It turned out that I had long been familiar with his name from poetry magazines and newspapers from various places, so I was naturally very happy to meet him.

As someone who often goes out, this is not the first time I have encountered this kind of thing, but feeling this passion for poetry in Puyang makes people couldn't help but be even more impressed by Puyang's cultural atmosphere.

Complementing Puyang culture are the colorful and emotional garden activities. The people's spare time living standards have improved, and the overall quality has unconsciously reached a new level.

Another unexpected gain from this trip was learning that the ancestor of the surname Zhang was Hui Gong.

Zhang Hui is said to be the son of the Yellow Emperor and a native of Puyang, Henan Province. The World Zhang Clan Kissing Conference has been held in Puyang many times, with many people surnamed Zhang from various countries participating.

In order to attract investment, Puyang built the magnificent Zhanghui Park with lush flowers and trees.

Coincidentally, my husband Zhang Junwei also received a special invitation from Brother Yan Zhen to go with him this time because he played a lot of roles in the Nanyang Poetry Fair last year. As the daughter-in-law of the Zhang family, I naturally had to accompany him to pay my respects to Zhang.

This is also an unexpected surprise.

Just when I was immersed in the beautiful impression of Puyang and couldn't extricate myself, we had to wave goodbye to the warm and hospitable Puyang poetry friends.

Come and go in a hurry, the poet friends have just become acquainted but have to say goodbye. There are some words that are still lingering and they are reluctant to leave. However, the future is long and we will meet in the future.

We arrived at one stop from Nanyang to Puyang in the morning, and on the return trip in the afternoon we had to transfer to Zhengzhou, so we could travel with Wang Guoqin and Li Junying all the way.

There are no trains in Puyang, so taking the expressway is the only option.

Regrettably, the chaos at Puyang Long-distance Bus Station is shocking. Instead of seating assigned seats, an assembly line system is implemented! After buying a ticket, you can just go and hop on until the seats are full.

Although it is convenient for some customers in normal times, once the passenger flow peaks during holidays, you can imagine the chaos.

Especially the long-distance bus to Zhengzhou is so crowded and crowded, it’s like a war!

I haven’t seen such a scene for many years! With Yan Zhen’s courageous charge and Wang Fayu’s comfort that his minor illness was harmless, we finally boarded the long-distance bus bound for Zhengzhou in batches.

After finally getting on the bus, the driver of the long-distance bus was also very dissatisfied. Everyone else was seated according to the number and order was in order. However, Puyang has not been in this situation for a year or two. I wonder why the local government department turned a blind eye?

Yes, if we had driven here by ourselves this time, we probably wouldn’t have had such an encounter and sigh.
