Chengdu Metro Line 5 is a subway line in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, with a purple sign. Construction started on September 20 15, and was put into trial operation on February 27/9 10. The line starts from Huagui Road Station in Xindu District in the north, passes through Xindu District, jinniu district, Qingyang District and Wuhou District, and ends at Huilong Station in Shuangliu District in the south. The first and second phase lines are 49.016km long, with 4/kloc-0 stations, including 36 underground stations and 5 elevated stations.

Dafeng Depot of Metro Line 5 and the first phase project of Chengdu Metro Line 5 (from Huagui Road Station to Police College Station) are northeast-southwest.
