How to fish and mix seafood

Cut a cucumber into shreds and set aside.

Cut dried tofu into shreds for later use.

The clam meat I bought is relatively large, so it is also cut into strips, which is convenient for absorbing the flavor of the fish sauce. Just boil it with boiling water, don't cook it, the meat will get old.
