Fried eggs:
1. Grease the sides and bottom of the microwave oven plate.
2. Break the eggs, add salt and pepper, and pierce the yolk membrane with a toothpick.
3. Cover the plate with plastic film and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Turn off the fire.
Put the eggs in the microwave for another minute before eating.
Jujube and millet oatmeal
1. Ingredients: millet, red dates and plain oatmeal.
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the millet. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook for 25 minutes.
