Hericium erinaceus half a catty, 2 tablespoons peanut oil, 3 eggs, auricularia auricula 1 spoon, salt 1 spoon.
1. Wash Hericium erinaceus and chop it, soak the fungus and chop it, fry the eggs, put oil and salt and mix well.
2. Cut the dough into strips, flatten it and roll it into dumpling skin.
3. Put the prepared stuffing into the rolled dumpling wrapper and wrap it in jiaozi.
4. Pack jiaozi one by one.
5. Add water to the pot. When the water boils, put jiaozi into the pot. After boiling, add cold water, and jiaozi will be cooked.
