Ingredients: 60g beef (fat and thin) and 500g cabbage.
Seasoning: garlic (white skin) 5g ginger 3g salt 3g monosodium glutamate 2g white sugar 2g starch 3g vegetable oil 20g each.
Production method
1. Wash cabbage (cabbage), slice it, peel garlic and mash it;
2. Select fresh beef, wash it, slice it and marinate it;
3. Stir-fry ginger, add beef and stir-fry until it is 80% cooked.
4. Stir-fry garlic, cabbage, beef, salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar and wet starch, and stir-fry slightly.
