Bundle of fennel 500g
2 green onions
Pork 500g
Salt to taste
Spoonful of cooking wine
Other spices to taste
Egg
How to make fennel dumplings ?
Wash and remove the roots from a bundle of about a pound of fennel!
Cut into minced pieces with a knife!
Add the pork stuffing, egg, seasoning and chopped green onion, a few drops of cooking oil and mix well, leave for about 5 minutes!
Then start wrapping the dumplings!
I used the same gadget that I used to wrap the dumplings! Boil the water and cook the dumplings!
