1. Choose crabs that are alive and kicking and have sound limbs to ensure freshness.
2. Look at the crab shell, which is black and shiny, indicating that it is a good crab.
3. Press the navel. If the navel is hard, it means the meat inside is strong, if it is soft, it means there is no meat.
4. Look at the navel, just like the picture below. It looks black and red, indicating that there is crab paste in it, which is worth buying.
Take a look, the heavier the crabs of the same size, the more meat they have.
7. Look at the connection between the navel and the crab, as shown in Figure 2. The thicker the meat, the more meat.

Here's how to steam eggs with crabs.
