1) individual user: the owner himself will present the original valid ID card to the Unicom's own business hall where the number belongs;
2) Unit users: they must show the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager to handle it in their own business hall;
The cancellation of the account requires the user to return to the Unicom's own business hall where the number belongs within the agreement period. Online or off-site business halls are not supported at present, and the arrears will be paid off. After the account is officially closed, the prepaid phone bill can be refunded, but the advance payment, grant and phone bill charged by a card cannot be refunded.
