First, add water to a large iron pot. When the water boils, you can add cold water appropriately and set aside. Use an iron sheet to sit on a round iron sheet with a raised bottom called a rotor. Pour a small amount of potato starch water into the rotor, then sit on the water in the pot and turn forward and reverse several times to spread the slurry water evenly in the rotor. When the slurry condenses into white when exposed to heat, the rotor tilts.

Pour out the water and wait for 1 minute to take out the cooked vermicelli. Put it into a cold basin, take it out after cooling, lay it flat and fold it, and control the moisture.

Manufacturing method of Northeastern large skin-lifting machine:
1. Material selection: High-quality tapioca starch, potato starch, sweet potato starch and other starches can be used to make skin-lifting.
2. Mixing: Weigh the selected high-quality starch, add water in proportion, and stir in a mixing machine to form a slurry. When processing dry starch, attention should be paid to fully moistening the starch, and the speed should not be too high when mixing. Generally controlled at ×× rpm, the effect is best at this time.
3. Loading: Open the valve of the finished slurry chamber of the pulp mixing machine, so that the slurry slowly flows into the upper hopper of the leather stretcher. The flow rate should be such that the slurry in the hopper is uninterrupted.
4. Rapid steaming and slow steaming. The slurry enters the high-temperature rapid steaming section in the steamer under the operation of the conveyor belt. It is quickly shaped and then enters the slow steaming section for shaping. The machine is required to be reasonably designed and accurately configured with high-temperature and medium-temperature zones, which is one of the keys to facelift production.
5. Low-temperature cooling. The peeling after high-temperature maturation is very soft and viscous, making it difficult to leave the package. Low-temperature cooling is required to enhance the toughness.
6. After detachment, the low-temperature-cooled large skin is transported to the cutting machine with a conveyor belt, where it is automatically cut into sections and transported to the next process.
