Fried Stinky Tofu
Fried stinky tofu is one of the famous snacks in Hunan. This snack is now commonplace in other cities, but some of the practices have mutated. The authentic way is to use fermented tofu to deep-fry it, but nowadays most of them are deep-fried with ordinary tofu and then brushed with "stinky tofu" sauce. However, the taste is quite different. Today we will demonstrate a variation of ----- fried stinky tofu
Raw materials: tofu, stinky tofu 2 blocks, cooked sesame seeds, chili powder, oil, salt, light soy sauce moderate.
Practice:
1. Tofu, light soy sauce, stinky tofu, chili powder, cooked sesame seeds.
2. Cut the tofu into thick slices
3. Sprinkle a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Seasoning sauce: 2 pieces of stinky tofu and add the right amount of soup, add a little light soy sauce and mix well.
5. Crush the cooked sesame seeds.
6. Heat oil in a pan.
7. Add the marinated tofu and deep fry.
8. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
9. Fish out the fried tofu and set aside.
10. Dip the fried tofu into the sauce and place on a plate.
11. Arrange a layer of tofu and sprinkle with chili powder and sesame seeds; then repeat to finish.
12. When done, serve.
