I. Tools and materials
Chopping boards and sledgehammers are used to make peanut cakes. To dip peanuts and sesame chips, the chopping board only plays the role of a chopping board.
Stoves and pots are used to boil syrup, and peanuts and sesame seeds should be stirred in the pot.
Ingredients: peanuts and sugar. Peanuts are fried and peeled in advance. I think it's better to break the peanut beans into two halves and dip them in sugar to eat them evenly.
It is the same to use sesame seeds instead of peanuts to make sesame chips.
The first working procedure
Sprinkle some peanuts on the chopping block and crush them with a sledgehammer. The purpose is to lay the foundation and avoid sugar sticking to it, just like the function of spreading flour when wrapping jiaozi.
You can also roll it into a thin layer with a rolling pin.
The second process: hanging sugar
Put water in the pot and add sugar. 1 kg sugar with 6~7 peanuts.
Cook the syrup until it is brown. Turn down the heat.
Add peanuts.
Stir until the peanuts and syrup are completely mixed.
Pour the stirred peanuts on a chopping block with a bottom.
Make the peanuts poured out of the pot into a ball.
After the peanut ball is broken, turn it from the side to the middle with a knife, then knead it into a ball, repeat it for 4~5 times, and mash the peanuts as evenly as possible.
Finally, turn the two sides to the middle to present a long strip. Extend the length 1/3~ 1/2 before the sugar cools.
Cut it open and you can eat it.
