Recipe: 30mL Gin, 15mL Lemon Juice, 7.5mL Grenadine Syrup, One Albumen (Egg white)
Utensils: cocktail shaker, measuring glass, cocktail glass, serving glass, bar spoon, ice bucket and ice tongs.
Ingredients: gin, egg white, lemon juice or lemon, grenadine.
Operation steps:
The first step is to wash your hands and dry them;
The second step is to add ice cubes to the cocktail glass. ;

Since egg white is difficult to mix with other materials, you must shake it thoroughly when making this wine. When straining wine from a cocktail shaker, pour thoroughly. Because this wine requires some foam on the surface of the wine, and the foam can often be poured out at the end. When shaking, the palms of your hands must not be close to the cocktail shaker, otherwise the warmth of your hands will dissolve the ice cubes in the pot through the shaker, causing the cocktail to become lighter. The key to making this wine is the amount of pomegranate syrup. If you use less, the color of the wine will be pink; if you use more, the color of the wine will be deep red. The taste will also change. Due to the large capacity of the measuring cup, it is difficult to accurately measure 7.5mL, so it is recommended to use a bar spoon. The amount of 2 bar spoons is approximately 7.5mL.
