After the water boils, steam the washed beef tendon noodles in a steamer for 3 minutes. If you want to eat more gluten, steam it for 2 minutes if it is hard. It is troublesome to tear them one by one after steaming. Be sure to lay only one layer. After steaming one layer, take it out and steam it again.

Prepare seasoning, dried Chili powder, cooked sesame, fennel, barbecue material, cumin powder, a spoonful of edible salt and a spoonful of chicken essence, and pour them into steamed beef tendon noodles. You can mix well in advance, so you don't have to put so much Chili powder.

Put a clean empty pot on the fire, pour in cooking oil, and add pepper, pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves. After cooking the oil very fragrant, filter out the excess residue, pour the hot oil into the beef tendon noodles that we poured into the dried Chili powder, and stir it to eat. The taste is exactly the same as that sold outside. You can put more peppers if you like them, and less if you don't like them, so you can master them yourself. Isn't it great? And you don't have to pour so much oil to eat by yourself, which is very high in calories.
